Jangosocial by Synoviq, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the JangoSocial WhatsApp marketing platform and provides WhatsApp Business API services (referred to as the "Service" in this policy).

Facebook/Meta Integration

Our platform integrates with Facebook's WhatsApp Business API. When you connect your WhatsApp Business account through Facebook, we access and process:

  • Your WhatsApp Business account information and verification status
  • Phone numbers and business profile data
  • Message templates and campaign data
  • Contact information and message history
  • Analytics and performance data
  • Webhook events and real-time updates

This data is processed in accordance with Facebook's Platform Terms and our own privacy practices. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

All information gathered on JangoSocial is securely stored within the JangoSocial controlled database. The database is stored on servers secured behind a firewall; access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited. However, as effective as our security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

However the internet is an ever evolving medium. We may change our privacy policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes. Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new policy may be.

Your California Privacy Rights

JangoSocial by Synoviq, Inc. does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside third parties your "Personal Information" as the term is defined under the CCPA. Additionally, CCPA permits Users of our Website, App, or Platform that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of their Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
