Jangosocial provides a comprehensive WhatsApp Business API marketing platform that enables businesses to:

  • Connect and manage WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta's WhatsApp Business API
  • Send marketing, transactional, and utility messages to customers
  • Create, manage, and track message templates
  • Build and manage customer contact lists and segments
  • Launch and monitor marketing campaigns
  • Access real-time analytics and reporting
  • Integrate with third-party platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Use AI-powered chatbots and automated responses
  • Manage team members and access controls
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

Our Service includes web-based dashboard access, API endpoints, webhook management, and mobile-responsive interfaces designed for business use.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our Service offers various subscription plans with different features and limits:

6. Credit System and Payment Processing

Our Service uses a credit-based system for WhatsApp message costs:

  • Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per message sent
  • Credit costs vary by country and message type
  • Credits are non-refundable and expire according to plan terms
  • Insufficient credits will prevent message sending
  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing
  • All transactions are processed in USD with currency conversion

Payment Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with various third-party platforms and services:

  • Damages resulting from your use of the Service

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jangosocial and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

15. Termination

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • We may delete your account and data
  • You will not be entitled to any refunds
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Jangosocial is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

17. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jangosocial regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: The failure of Jangosocial to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
