Utility Messages
Transactional messages: delivery updates, receipts, reminders. Each utility message costs 0.145/message. Utility templates within customer service window won't be charged.
Authentication Messages
Verification purposes: OTP, account registration, recovery. Each authentication template costs 0.145/message (for Indian users).
